Ich werde immer wieder vertröstet. Der Kundendienst ist absolut unprofessionell.
Kapiert denn geschilderten Fall nicht, gibt nur Standart antworten und ist keine Hilfe. Bis jetzt absolut unbrauchbar.
Eine Abbuchung ohne Bestellung ist eigentlich Betrug. Wenn es ein Fehler wäre würde dieser behoben und nicht herumlaventiert.

anzusprechen. Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, das bei der Ankunft stark beschädigt war.
Ich habe umgehend einen Antrag auf Rückerstattung gestellt und Beweise für den Schaden eingereicht. Leider wurde mein Antrag abgelehnt, was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann.
Darüber hinaus habe ich lediglich 35,62 erstattet bekommen, anstatt der vollen Summe von 178 . Bislang hat sich niemand bei mir entschuldigt oder auf meine Anliegen reagiert, was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfinde.
Ich möchte Sie bitten, dieses Problem zeitnah zu klären.
Sollte ich keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten, sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Aber der Verkäufer sendet mir eine Retouradresse, die nach Afghanistan führt, nicht wie die vorherige Adresse. Und diese Adresse funktioniert nicht, also glaube ich, dass der Verkäufer mich einfach in Schwierigkeiten bringen möchte.

Dear AliExpress official, I purchased a Window Cleaning Robot through your application on June 11, 2024, with order number 303665****438884. On June 24, 2024, I received an E-Mail stating that the package was delivered.
However, no package was delivered to me. With the Send Tracking Number sent by you, I inquired on the local distributor DHL shipment tracking website. The package belonging to the shipment tracking number given to me was delivered to a different name and another address. I sent the documents I obtained from the DHL website to the Customer Services Service.
I've done this many times. Each time they requested a signed and sealed document from me. I called DHL customer service: They said that there was no shipment registered in my name, the Shipment Tracking Number belonged to someone else, so they could not give me information. I conveyed this conversation to your Customer Service and re-sent the documents I obtained from the internet, clearly stating to whom the delivery was made.
I asked your Customer Services Service that they can also inquire to whom the delivery was made and to let me know who the delivery was made to. However, I received the same answer again: Send signed and sealed documents. Dear Sir/Minister, I have been after the package for 3 weeks, which I paid for, I do not even know whether it was sent to me or not, and I definitely did not receive it. They request from me information to whom the package was delivered, which the seller or sender company can easily access.
According to the DHL company, the Shipment Tracking Number sent to me belongs to another name and they cannot provide documentation about the shipment that does not belong to me. The name and address of delivery are clearly visible on their website and I have sent these documents to you. I have been purchasing from AliExpress for many years. I'm afraid it won't happen again, because you made me suffer and tired me out a lot.
