Unwarranted refusal of reimbursement
I had an order through AliExpres for a stowe in Bucharest Romania which came demaged ( this is an understatement- it was smashed completely, inside parts was moving making noise inside case debris falling over) and I had to return it. The seller proposed me 50% refund but it was totally unacceptable!!!
so Ali Express customer service told me that I have to physically return that device so I paid another 50 Euro as Postal Fees to have that junk returned. I mailed AWB, Invoice Receipt and Tracking Number.After a while asking about my refund they told me that they are unable to refund me because the parcel didnt made to the recipient I verified the tracking number and it shows that the parcel was dropped in Hong Kong in June 4th so it was delivered!! Asking Ali Express customer service to provide any of Hong Kong Post proofs about my tracking number status, I hit a wall, nobody wants to provide that info either the parcel was lost or still in transit What I received was apologies and refund denials.
I replied every time and these are still responding with the same copy paste answer over the last couple months! I this situation I finally decided to find another channel to illustrate my case and frustration!

8 products got lost (second time); the logistic company agrees it's their fault and that they didn’t deliver; I asked Ali for delivery or payback. AliExpress did pay back the cheapest 4 products/orders, but just CLOSED the 4 left and still owe me 145 Euros for the rest; there is NO human available at AliExpress, no chat, no telephone number but China; all 'answers' are just useless links to some FAQ.
This means, if you send a message, you just get to a computer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Don’t give up. Write them every single day for weeks and months.
If this situation continues, I will unfortunately be forced to escalate the matter by contacting consumer protection authorities and filing a police report against AliExpress and the seller (even though the seller is not at fault).
From a customer's perspective, I feel completely misled and treated unfairly. The case is clear: I never received the goods I paid for. In any business-to-consumer transaction, the seller is responsible for non-delivery.
You promised me a refund if I provided the required evidence. I submitted all requested documents, including a stamped loss certificate from DHL, as well as additional email correspondence and even a recorded phone call with DHL. I have done everything and more that a customer can reasonably be expected to do.
Instead of a fair resolution, I continue to receive standardized emails claiming my evidence is invalid, without any clear justification.
If you continue to ignore my valid evidence, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. This involves a high order value, and as the seller platform, you are responsible for ensuring proper delivery.
